What this is about

This site accepts applications from CONR partners for a slot in the promo rotator. Visitors of the promo link are forwarded to the approved partners one after another.

When you apply

We store your name, your CONR email address, your partner ID, your WhatsApp number, what you apply for, your language and the time and IP address of your application and confirmation. The IP address proves that the application was confirmed and protects the form against abuse. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR – you take part at your own request.

Who sees the data

Our service team, which reviews your application. It compares your details with your CONR account. Once approved, prospects in the webinar see your WhatsApp number and your sign-up link – that is what the rotator is for. No visitor ever sees your email address.

Emails

We only write to you about your application: the request to confirm it and the result of the review. No advertising, no newsletter. The emails are sent via our host’s mail server.

Visitors of the promo link

Anyone opening the promo link is forwarded immediately. We set no cookies and store nothing about the visitor – only which partner’s turn it was, and when. The destination (CONR or the webinar platform) has its own privacy notice.

Cookies

The public pages set no cookies. Only people who log in to the admin area receive a technically necessary session cookie.

Hosting

The site is hosted by https://visions-umsetzung.com/datenschutz. For every page view, the host processes technically necessary data such as the IP address in server logs in order to deliver and secure the site.

How long

Unconfirmed applications are deleted automatically after 30 days. The times of forwarded visits are deleted after 13 months. Your other details, your applications and the decisions on them are kept while you take part and afterwards as a record until you request deletion.

Your rights

You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and data portability at any time, and object to processing. Write to dein.internetcoach@gmail.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority.
